Trackless Train Rental Rates

• Hourly
• Minimum of 2 hours $300.00

• Additional hours are $125.00 each

• All day Rentals

• 8 hours $1100.00

Fire Truck Rental Rates

• Hourly
• 1 hour $175.00
• 2 hours $300.00

• Additional hours are $75.00 each

Call for special pricing on longer time periods or special events.

Parade Rentals

• Most parade rentals for a group are flat rated at $300.00 for the time of the parade only.

Travel Charges
Travel charges are added for events over 20 miles from our Akron location. Rates are shown below. (Note mileage is figured round trip) Over 100 miles will be quoted.

• 20-30 Miles $45.00
• 31-60 miles $75.00

• 61-100 miles $135.00

Reservations

• When renting or reserving the trackless train or the firetruck, a 25% deposit is required of the total amount at the time of booking. This is the only way to lock in your event date.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel for any reason please do so at least 72 hours prior to the event. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of an event will not receive a refund.

Note M&M Railroad is not held liable for any damage to yards or wet areas that we are asked to drive on for any event.
